Typographical Errors

In the event that product information or pricing information is listed incorrectly due to a typographical error or error in information we have received from our suppliers, Cumberland Water Sports and/or BuyHondaOutboards.com, shall not be held liable for the error and reserves the right to refuse or cancel the order. In the event your order transaction is completed and then cancelled you will be issued a credit for the full amount you were charged.

Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. In the event you place your order with BuyHondaOutboards.com and/or Cumberland Water Sports and a product is out of stock, you will be notified and given the option to either backorder or cancel your order before you are billed. While we strive to fill every order in a timely manner, product availability cannot be guaranteed and BuyHondaOutboards.com and/or Cumberland Water Sports will not be held responsible for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses resulting from lack of product availability. We will endeavour to deliver all products within the times stated but products are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside of our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of products are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.

Cancelled Orders

If an order has been processed there will be a restocking charge/cancellation fee of 15%. If an order has been shipped, it will be the buyer's responsibility for all freight charges both to the buyer's destination and return to Cumberland Water Sports. All returned products must be insured for full value of product. Engines must be in new condition only, having never been fueled or operated to receive a credit. All factory packaging materials, factory included equipment and accessories, manuals, etc... must be accompanied with engine when returned to receive a credit. Credits will be posted within 48 hours upon product return and satisfactory inspection. Parts - All sales are final. No returns will be accepted beyond 30 calender days from the original purchase date. All returns must be issued a return authorization number prior to making a return. A return authorization number can be obtained via e-mail or by contacting us by phone during normal business hours.

Use of web site

Harassment in any manner or form on the web site, including via e-mail and chat or by obscene or abusive language is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Cumberland Water Sports or other licensed employee, host, agent, or representative as well as other members or visitors on the web site is strictly prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the web site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive
